Bill ShortBill is the President and Broker of Sea Royal Realty, Inc.
and has almost seventeen years experience in Real Estate,
having managed large offices for Century 21, Better
Homes & Gardens Real Estate (Now GMAC Realty), and
Coldwell Banker in California. He also helped open, and
was the President & Broker for Regent Asset Management
& Realty, Corp. for the last five Years. Bill is a Graduate of
Baltimore City College and the Realtor Institute (GRI). Having also been a
Licensed Contractor with a background in a number of construction fields,
he brings this knowledge to bear for his clients. Bill also spent a number of
years in the Property Management and Commercial aspects of Real Estate.

Marci Short
Marci has almost twenty years experience in Real Estate,
first in the San Diego, California market and now here
in Florida for the past seven years. A Graduate of the
University of Illinois, she has a wealth of experience
representing both Buyers and Sellers, as well as Property
Management clients. Her strengths are; patience with
first time Buyers and the knowledge to help even the
most sophisticated Investor. She is a good listener
